How do they work?

A simple but absolutely brilliant invention. Each of these tools employs a magnet to keep pins and nails in place while you start them off - no need to hold them and risk a thumb-bashing. The larger hammer, aside from being a superb heavy duty tool, has a recess in the head that is heavily magnetised to keep the nail in place. The smaller one uses a plastic tube with a magnet in the top to retain the nail whilst you push down to secure it.
